Unfortunately, their apartment does not allow pets and Pitbulls are against the law in Denver, but Lucas tries to keep Bella hidden. He even brings her to work at the VA with him. When Bella is discovered, though, Lucas has no choice but to put her in a foster home. But not even hundreds of miles can keep Bella from Lucas as she sets out to reunite with her human.
