The Expanse Renewed for Season 5!

The good news keeps rolling in for Expanse fans!

Variety reported today that The Expanse has been renewed for a fifth season! The announcement was made during the Television Critics Association Press Tour.

What an amazing ride it’s been since around this time last year, when The Expanse was abruptly cancelled by Syfy and subsequently revived at Amazon.

Season 4 is slated to premiere on December 13th on Amazon Prime Video, but it seems like someone, perhaps Jeff Bezos [Amazon CEO], got an early screening and went ahead and greenlit season 5. After all, Bezos did personally announce that his company would save The Expanse last year…

Looks like all those #SaveTheExpanse campaigns are paying back in spades!
