James “Murr” Murray’s ‘Don’t Move’ Crawls Onto the Big Screen in a Terrifying First Trailer
A camping trip. A remote forest. A prehistoric predator. The first trailer for Don’t Move has arrived, bringing James “Murr” Murray and Darren Wearmouth’s horror novel to the big screen.
Directed by Maclain Nelson, Don’t Move follows a church group’s annual retreat that turns deadly after they wander into the wrong part of the Ozark wilderness. As members of the group begin disappearing one by one, suspicion initially falls on Ricky (Russell “Russ” Vitale), the group’s resident troublemaker. But the real threat is far more terrifying: a prehistoric arachnid hidden within a labyrinth of webs that hunts by vibration, turning every step into a fight for survival.
It’s up to Megan (Lyndsy Fonseca) to hold what’s left of the group together and lead them to safety. The film also stars Hunter King, Joseph Lee Anderson, Tom Cavanagh, and Rob Riggle, with special appearances from T-Pain, Brian “Q” Quinn, and Matt Biedel.
Based on the novel by Murray and Darren Wearmouth, Don’t Move crawls into select theaters on September 11, with the potential to expand into additional markets based on audience demand. If it’s not playing near you, audiences can also request the film at their local theater.
