Exclusive: Jonathan Bennett Joins the Cast of Station 19

October 3rd is a special day in Mean Girls’ history. Fans of the iconic film will remember the scene when heartthrob Aaron Samuels (Jonathan Bennett) turns around and asks Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) what day it is. Her reply: October 3rd. And for actor Jonathan Bennett, it’s now also the day that he first started filming Station 19. Yes, you read that correctly! Jonathan Bennett joins Jaina Lee Ortiz, Jason George, Grey Damon, Barrett Doss, Alberto Frezza, and Jay Hayden in the upcoming season of Station 19.

Produced by Stacy McKee, Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers, and Paris Barclay, the series follows the lives of the men and women of firehouse station 19 in Seattle, Washington.

While Bennett’s role has not yet been announced, we know he’s on location filming with the cast. Season 3 is expected to premiere in early 2020. Until then, make sure to follow Jonathan on Twitter and Instagram for additional updates!
