About the Film
Bleed For This is the ultimate underdog story and one of the greatest comebacks in sports history. Miles Teller (Whiplash, The Spectacular Now) stars as Vinny “The Pazmanian Devil” Pazienza, a boxer who rose to fame after winning two world title fights. But, his life takes a turn for the worse after he’s involved in a near-fatal car accident. His spine is severed and he’s told he may never walk again—let alone box. Against all odds, renowned trainer Kevin Rooney (Aaron Eckhart) vows to help Vinny return to the ring just a year after his accident for what could be the last fight of his life.
