Whodunnit? Who Killed Charlotte?

After the latest episode of Pretty Little Liars, we thought we’d name the top 5 suspects that may have killed Charlotte, along with why they aren’t, because in Rosewood, nothing is what it ever seems.

  • Ezra Fitz – With the help of Emily, Aria was able to sneak into Ezra’s apartment to examine his golf clubs to see if his nine club iron was there. She doubted Ezra when she thought he had something to do with Charlotte’s murder, but after tonight, there’s no chance he did it at all. His nine club iron was sitting in the closet the whole time! But why he isn’t? It’s Ezra. We know Ezra just like Aria knows Ezra, and there’s no way he is capable of doing such a thing. Yeah, he is a changed man after coming back from South America and he had no sympathy for Charlotte’s death, but there’s no way he did it.
  • Mr. Montgomery – Of course, leave it to Aria to jump to conclusions that her Dad may have something to do with the murder. She can’t seem the find the lucky number nine club iron in her Dad’s set of golf clubs. A father will always protect his daughter and he was against Charlotte leaving the hospital as we saw from a flashback. But why he isn’t? Okay, he is looking a little guilty right now, but I’m sure there’s more to the story.
  • Mona Vanderwaal – Let’s face it, Mona has been missing since the premiere of season 6B. She was A once and she could be A again taking the game back. But why she isn’t? We see Mona in next weeks preview. “Did you set all of this up?” Spencer asks Mona. “We don’t those kind of things anymore.” Mona replies.
  • Alison DiLaurentis – Ali has been missing from the latest episodes as well. Maybe Alison worked so hard to get Charlotte out of the hospital because she wanted her dead. But why she isn’t? That’s just cruel. Ali always felt like something was missing from her family. Why would she kill that person after everything she’s been through. Just because she isn’t physically present in the episode, doesn’t mean she did it. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in Rosewood, is don’t jump so fast to conclusions.
  • Sara Harvey – Remember Sara Harvey attended Charlotte’s funeral? She pulled up in a black car with a personal driver. In this episode, the same car is seen driving away with a personal driver. She is also staying at the Radley and the photo of the golf club was taken inside the Radley. This may all just be a coincidence though. That’s what the writer’s want us to think. But why she isn’t? In next weeks preview, Sara Harvey confronts Alison to let her know that “When no one else was there for her (Charlotte), I was.” That’s good enough of a reason right? She maybe shady, but she still has feelings. Maybe Sara is trying to figure out who did it as well.

But wait, we have one more suspect!
  • Dr. Rollins – Hanna texted A to ask if she knows this person. They replied yes. All the girls have met Dr. Rollins in the premiere episode. In the latest sneak peek, Dr. Rollins sees Emily’s paper for the fertility clinic post procedure. We also see that Emily gets tortured in the hospital, and the only person who knows is Hanna. Hanna would never do that to her friend, but Dr. Rollins? But why he isn’t?It has to be him.
