The Beginning of the End for Pretty Little Liars…

The cast of Pretty Little Liars just wrapped the seventh and final season of the show. As much as we want to find out who ‘A’ is… just admit it, we want this mystery to go on forever. But you know what they say, all good things must come to an end.

There are so many things we’re going to miss about this show (the mystery of ‘A’ not being one of them). Week after week for the past six years, we’ve not only become obsessed with the storyline but we’ve fallen in love with the talented actors and actresses. From #Haleb, #Azria, #Emison and #Spoby to #ButtahBenzo, we’re going to miss the incredible bond they’ve created as a cast.

As they prepared for the final days of shooting, they shared emotional messages on social media. And, it gave us all the feels.

When you get to your last day of work on @prettylittleliars and @halfadams writes you an email as Spencer… saying thank you and goodbye. I had no idea how hard this would be.

There are not words that I can write (here) that could express the gratitude I have for walking next to this man for 7 years. @keeoone you know how I feel about you. You know what this part of my life means to me, you know all of the darkness and the light that we have shared over these years, the insane pants pissing laughter and now the heaving and hiccuping sobs that will live in my heart forever. Even if Spencer and Toby only exist in Rosewood you will always have me. Love you friend. Thank you.

It's a little past 4AM and I'm crawling into bed after the last fraturday I'll ever pull on @prettylittleliars There is something so magical about these work day/nights. Everyone is so raw. So funny. So tired and so unapologetically caring for one another. I'm allowed to be my silliest on set, I'm aloud to cry my heart out in a scene. I'm aloud to drink too much coffee and laugh and sing way too loud and fall asleep on everyone else's chair at video village while they work tirelessly and and gently prop me up for my next take. That's family. That's who I work with. And these are the nights I'll miss the most. 3 more wake ups left.

As I reflect on these years together in my dressing room on stage 6 on the WB lot (apparently James Dean once climbed above it and hid in the rafters) it is silent. I am unable to find the words to equate how tremendously emotional I feel. It is unlike anything I could ever explain. I will think about this often, and look back fondly on what we all shared together. I can't even believe it. So grateful for the support of our fans and friends. I will miss this family so very much.

Reflecting on these last seven years in my empty room I called home. I will never forget this experience. I was so lucky to work with such amazing people who have affected my life greatly. I am so happy to know they will be my family from here on out. To the fans…… what can I say other than I love you so much. Thank you for being on this journey with me and giving me so much support. I wouldn't be here without all of you. I'm sad to say bye to Hanna….. but I'm excited to see what the future holds and I'm so happy to know that all of you will be by my side ❤️

I can't believe that the day has come. In a couple of hours I'll be going to work for the last time at my second home. Although this day will be filled with happy and sad tears, I'll be forever grateful to share them with the ones I've come to call family. #pllfamily

This isn't a good photo, but it's an important one. I snapped it quickly from across a subway platform several years ago. Keegan and I were both working in the city, but managed to catch up one afternoon. We walked and talked for hours, waxing poetic and picking apart the little moments of our lives. It's a habit he and I continue to this day. Of the many blessings this show has bestowed upon me, meeting and befriending this fellow counts as one of the most important. Today, we all series wrap on @prettylittleliars. This picture was my first ever episode as Mona, 7 years ago. I am so blown away by what an impact this show has had on my life since. We owe it all to you, #pllarmy. Don't ever stop watching and loving us. And I owe it to you @imarleneking. Thanks for trusting me and believing in me and giving me a family and role to love for 7 years. Let's do this.

Season 7B returns April 2017. For now, we will just reminisce through Instagram.
