We don’t know about you, but we love seeing celebrities using their platform to support great causes. It gives us the warm fuzzies. And, last weekend, all our Pop Culturalist faves attended Breaking the Chains Foundation and Glitter Magazine’s First Annual Fall Event. The two organizations have partnered together to help celebrate inner beauty and self-love in every person affected by eating disorders. They’re breaking walls—unmasking the stigma and informing public perception. And, those in attendance are avid supporters of this great cause.
To help spread awareness about the importance of positive self-image, Glitter Magazine launched a global campaign called #SelfLoveCampaign©. They’re raising money for various charities and working with Breaking the Chains Foundation to bring recovery from eating disorders, through the promotion of self-love. How amazing is that?
Jillian Rose Reed (Celebrity Spokesperson) and Carolyn Hennesy (Celebrity Ambassador) were joined by Spencer Sutherland, MJ Dougherty, Brooke Lewis, Kathryn McCormick, Monty Geer, Melissa Carcache, Renee Olstead, Lance Lim, Taylor Blackwell, Asia Monet Ray, Brielle Barbusca, Jacob Hopkins, Nolan Gould, Kara Royster and more. Photos from the event can be seen above!
To learn more about Breaking the Chains Foundation, visit their official site. And, help support this awesome campaign by using the #SelfLoveCampaign on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
