Ones to Watch: Louis Hunter

Louis Hunter is an Australian actor who plays Nick Stratos on Freeform’s The Fosters. He plays Jesus’ best friend and Mariana’s new love interest. We were charmed by his good looks and smooth moves in winning over Mariana’s heart. The flame between Nick and Mariana doesn’t last long when feelings with Mariana’s ex begin to surface. His character takes a turn for the worse when jealousy ensues him. Can we please give a round of applause to Louis? We think he did a great job playing the suicidal crazy boyfriend who cries in Mariana’s lap.

At the young age of 23, Louis has been acting since he was 15. Although he hasn’t starred in many popular shows like his co-stars from The Fosters, we hope his reoccurring role opens up new opportunities and shows his potential as an actor. We are excited to see more of Louis’ character in tonight’s episode “Trust”. Hopefully, Louis gets more screen time and we learn more of his story in episodes to come. Otherwise, we’re excited to see Louis in The Honor Farm which is slated to release this year!
