Ones to Watch: Tom Odell

Tom Odell is the hottest import from across the pond. The English singer-songwriter has made a name for himself overseas and is poised to make his mark in the US. He was discovered and signed by Lily Allen who said, “His energy onstage reminded me of David Bowie.” And, his debut album sold over a million copies. In 2013, he won the BRIT’s Critics’ Choice Award, previous winners include Adele and Florence and the Machine. Recently, he released his sophomore album, Wrong Crowd. It includes the hit single “Magnetised” which has been climbing the charts around the world.

In support of his new album, Tom has made appearances on The Today Show, The Late Late Show with James Corden, and Graham Norton. If you’ve never heard him perform, check out the video below:

The crooner’s powerful ballads and breathtaking piano anthems are among the finest in the industry. His music is endearing, heartfelt, and relatable. And, his songwriting talents will undoubtedly establish him as an artist to watch.
