If you’ve been tuning in to watch Younger every week, then chances are you know Dan Amboyer. Dan Amboyer plays the sleazily, well-dressed cad of a boyfriend to Hilary Duff’s Kelsey Peters. This season, Thad’s story has come to the forefront of the show—and it’s been juicy. Dan’s meticulously slick portrayal of Thad isn’t the only thing he can do—which is why his impressive résumé is so extensive.
His thirst for the craft started at a young age. He enjoyed performing as an actor and working behind-the-scenes. He received a scholarship to the prestigious Carnegie Mellon’s School of Drama, where he double majored in acting and musical theater.
After graduation, Dan performed on stages across the United States including on-and-off Broadway. His theater credits include The Metromaniacs and The Tempest, where he performed alongside Christopher Walken.
But, that’s not all! He’s appeared on Law & Order, Inside Amy Schumer, Graceland, and of course, Younger. Next, he can be seen on the big screen in the highly-anticipated film, Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
On his downtime, Dan enjoys volunteering at the Humane Society of America and interacting with fans. If you’re not following him on Twitter, you’re missing out. He’s funny, witty, and always being the great guy he is. It’s no wonder why he’s a fan favorite amongst the Younger cast. It’s a testament to his acting ability because his character is so darn unlikable. Forget #TeamThad—we’re #TeamDan.
And, if you’re looking for a little bit of eye candy, follow him on Instagram—you’ll see why he was named People’s Sexiest Man of the Week.
Tonight’s the season finale of Younger and we’re going to pretend last week’s episode didn’t happen and we’ll see more of Dan!
