Book Review: The Lifestyle by Taylor Hahn

The Lifestyle by Taylor Hahn is a modern retelling of Emma. Our protagonist Georgina seems to have a picture-perfect life. She has a job at a prestigious law firm and incredible friends. But when she catches her husband cheating on her, Georgina’s life falls apart. Divorce was never part of her five-year plan, so she comes up with an idea to save her marriage and recapture the spark. She and her husband are going to become swingers!

Highlights

  • I loved how Georgina had this seemingly put-together lifestyle, but things were not as great as they appeared to be.

Lowlights

  • I wasn’t a fan of the fact that Georgina still wanted her husband despite the fact that he cheated on her.

Final Thoughts: The Lifestyle is a fun, fresh take on Emma,
