Man Crush Monday: Pierce Brown

Pierce Brown’s Red Rising trilogy has taken the world by storm since the first book was published in 2014. The last book in the trilogy, Morning Star, just came out in February and hit #1 on the USA Today bestsellers list. Okay, so… he’s successful and all but why else are we crushing on Pierce Brown?

Full disclosure–I work for the company that publishes his books. But even if I didn’t, I would still be writing this MCM post about Pierce.

1. The Red Rising trilogy is awesome. Seriously awesome. If you’re into a rip-roaring good time when you read, you should check them out.

2. He isn’t afraid to nerd out. He’s often been quoted for his love of Harry Potter, Star Wars, LOTR–the whole gamut.

3. He loves his fans (and they love him). Evidence? See this great video of him delivering copies of Morning Star early to his fans.

4. Who doesn’t love a man who loves dogs? Pierce’s Instagram is chock full of photos of him with dogs.
