5 YA Books at the Top of Our Fall 2022 TBR

With the end of summer fast approaching, I hope your book stack is ready for replenishing. This is the perfect time to start planning your fall reading list. There are many amazing books releasing in the coming months that you absolutely cannot miss out on. There is plenty to get excited about from thrilling new fantasies to heartfelt romantic comedies to much buzzed about sequels. I’ve selected a few books to share with you today that I think deserve a place in your reading stack. Here are five books at the top of my Fall TBR that I am eagerly anticipating!

Three Kisses, One Midnight by Roshani Chokshi, Sandhya Menon, and Evelyn Skye

Release Date: August 30th

A unique anthology of three interconnected short stories told from three character perspectives as romance, magic, and true love come together on one fateful night.

The Man or the Monster by Aamna Qureshi

Release Date: August 30th

Durkhanai’s captivating, emotional story continues in this sequel to The Lady or the Lion. She is faced with a new threat to her kingdom, the return of her presumed dead father with vengeance on his mind, and the consequences of her choice regarding her lover’s fate. Foul Lady Fortune by Chloe Gong

Release Date: September 27th

The first book in a new historical thriller duology set in 1930s Shanghai that follows Rosalind Lang from These Violent Delights as she atones for the mistakes of her past. Now a Nationalist spy, Rosalind is sent undercover in Japanese society to investigate a series of murders sweeping through the city. Her mission is made all the more challenging when she is partnered with playboy and fellow spy Orion Hong.

Love From Mecca to Medina by S.K. Ali

Release Date: October 18th

This sequel to Love From A to Z finds beloved characters Adam and Zayneb struggling to stay connected as they manage a long-distance relationship. When an opportunity to perform Umrah, a pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina, arises it’s just what they both need for a “spiritual reset” to get everything in their lives back on track. Bloodmarked by Tracy Deonn

Release Date: November 8th

The second book in the Legendborn Cycle continues Bree’s story as she comes to terms with the truth about her ancestry, the powerful abilities that have been unlocked within her, and her quest to save the boy she loves from harm.
