Predictions for Younger’s Season 3

Younger is back for a third season, and it’s hotter than ever. Last season left off with so many unfinished stories; the biggest ones included: Josh (Nico Tortorella) wanting Liza (Sutton Foster) back, Charles (Peter Hermann) kissing Liza, and Thad’s twin brother, Chad (both played by Dan Amboyer), on the path to discovering Liza’s secret.

After watching the premiere episode of Younger, we’re predicting two major developments for this season:

  1. Josh vs. Charles will finally have an outcome. It’s been two seasons of #TeamJosh or #TeamCharles so it’s about time that gets settled. For the record, although I think Charles is probably Liza’s perfect match, I am wholeheartedly #TeamJosh. It’s really tough to not root for someone as sweet (and hunky) as he is.
  2. Kelsey (Hilary Duff) will finally find out the truth about Liza. After the death of Thad, the truth about Liza’s age is bound to come out. Since all the information is on Thad’s laptop (which, according to the episode 2 promo, Kelsey will get her hands on), it’s only a matter of time before Kelsey finds it. I’m guessing that Kelsey will find out, but that they’ll stay friends (and Kelsey will become her accomplice in secret keeping). There will obviously be loads of drama before their friendship is repaired, but that’s why Younger is a fantastic TV show.

As for the rest of the side storylines and characters…well, we’re especially looking forward to all of Diana’s (Miriam Shor) great one-liners and Maggie’s (Debi Mazar) tell-it-like-it-is attitude. We’ll be eagerly tuning in to Younger to see how this all unfolds…will you?
