Benedict Cumberbatch is the Sorcerer Supreme

Ladies and gents, the doctor is in!

Earlier today, Entertainment Weekly gave fans an exciting first look at Benedict Cumberbatch as the iconic superhero. And, I must say, he is a dead ringer.

After a tragic car accident ends his surgical career, Dr. Stephen Strange is taken under the wing of a sorcerer in the fight against evil.

Directed by Scott Derrickson, Marvel’s Doctor Strange hits theaters on November 4, 2016. Benedict Cumberbatch teases: “There’s all sorts of craziness. Falling, flying, jumping, fighting, punching, getting punched. It’s really rough and tumble.”

Casting includes Rachel McAdams, Tilda Swinton, Mads Mikkelsen, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Head over to Entertainment Weekly for more photos of Benedict as Doctor Strange.
