5 YouTube Personalities to Watch in 2017

Back in 2005, we were first introduced to YouTube. Who would have guessed that it would turn into the global phenomenon it is today? Creators, musicians, and innovators from around the world are producing, uploading, and sharing their original content. And viewers, well, they’re consuming over a billion hours per day.

It’s been the launching pad for many including Tyler Oakley, Michelle Phan, Lilly Singh, and plenty of others. So who’s the next YouTube sensation? We’re glad you asked. We’ve compiled a list of five YouTubers to keep your eye on in 2017.

Another day, another vlog. It’s hard to believe that it’s only been six months since Jess and Gabriel started their channel. But that hasn’t stopped the pair from establishing themselves as a YouTube power couple. They’ve shared everything from their engagement to their recent addition (you’ll have to watch to see what we’re talking about). And they’ve made fans feel like they’re part of the family. Jess and Gabriel are inseparable and recently released their first EP titled Under the Covers. Is there anything they can’t do? We’re fairly certain the answer is no. But one thing we know for sure is that Jess and Gabriel are #CoupleGoals.

YouTube is an incredible platform for discovering up-and-coming artists. It’s how musicians like Justin Bieber and Karmin got their start. And one artist who’s caught our attention is AJ Mitchell (remember that name). He’s a phenomenal singer-songwriter from Illinois, who recently won The Voice’s Snapchat competition after being selected by Adam Levine. He’s Shawn Mendes meets Charlie Puth. Don’t believe us? Check out his YouTube channel.

Jacko Brazier
